The Refresh Marketing Team handles the branding, digital/print marketing, communications, and public relations for Refresh Mental Health at the corporate level. The team also provides the following marketing support to each of the centers based on need and availability:
Marketing Consultation
An introductory marketing assessment and consultation is provided as part of the onboarding experience when a center joins Refresh. This is when marketing needs are identified and a marketing strategy and plan is established. Depending on preferences, resources and need, some of the marketing tasks may continue to be handled at the center level while some may be supplemented by the Refresh Marketing Team. Annual marketing follow-up calls are recommended and the marketing team is available for ongoing consultation as needed.

Ongoing Services
Social Media
Refresh has a social media presence through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest. This is managed through a software platform called Hootsuite, which allows users to schedule posts ahead of time to be shared on multiple social media platforms. Centers have the opportunity to “opt in” to supplemental social media content, meaning that they can choose to have general mental health posts pushed from Refresh social media into their center’s social media handles via Hootsuite. These general mental health posts may be articles from sites such as Psychology Today, posts from psychological and counseling professional associations, inspirational quotes, as well as posts that highlight Refresh centers and their staff, blogs, services and events. Because these posts will be made daily across several social media platforms and many centers, the content will not be specific to the centers. However, the centers are able to login to Hootsuite the center level and schedule posts unique to their center and services in addition to the Refresh supplemental content. The marketing team will make an effort to like and share center’s posts to increase social media engagement for us all.

E-Newsletters
The Refresh Marketing Team can set you up for e-blasts and e-news via Mailchimp. We (Jake) can help add form to homepage to start an email database.

Blog Writing
The Refresh Marketing Team is available to write one blog per center per year. Please let us know if you would like to opt in. We are hoping to be able to offer more support in the future.
